Problem to Solve
Encapsulate the emotional tone of a song and transfer into a physical representation. I chose to do the Edwin Starr’s classic song War.

Creative SOLUTION
I wanted to capture the spirit of Edwin Starr rebellious song about war by showing the anarchy through a spray painted on a double-barreled Sherman tank. I wanted this image to be loud and rebellious nature of the protest movement of the time period. I successfully captured the juxtaposition between the tightly buttoned military machine and the rebellious nature of artist of that time period who used their art as their voice.
